3. Adjust the flashlight strap to the desired length so that it fits your head.
4. Make sure the flashlight is turned off before attaching it to your head.
5. Place the lamp on your head and adjust the strap to ensure a comfortable fit.
6. Turn on the flashlight by pressing the on/off button.
7. You can adjust the lamp by tilting the head forward or backward to achieve the desired illumination.
8. Turn off the flashlight after use to extend battery life.
